Yesterday a large cruise boat was in the Old Port dock. I've painted it before a few times, this one shows the enormity of the craft, it wont even fit in the painting! I drew it out first with an outline more or less then filled in the surfaces. The body was indo blue (PB60), the water was yellow ochre (PY43) with indo blue to give that flat blue-green look. A bench adorns the walkway. There were plenty of people walking around enjoying the summery weather.
